Delicious Non-Alcoholic Drinks

Who doesn't love the idea of a pretty drink to enjoy as they are enjoying a meal or relaxing after a long day? Alcoholic drinks are not the only fun kind of drinks to consume. There are lots of fun, fresh, fruity, and fantastic drinks to enjoy sans the booze. Not only will you love the taste and look elegant while sipping these drinks from pretty stemware, but you can be sober and be vigilant. In this post, I will share with you some of my favorite non-alcoholic beverages.

Afterglow (pictured above)
1 part orange juice
1 part pineapple juice
A splash of grenadine

Shirley Temple
3/4 of a glass of lemon-lime pop (e.g. Sprite, Sierra Mist, 7 UP, Faygo)
A splash of grenadine
1 maraschino cherry

Virgin Mimosa
1/2 glass of sparkling white grape juice
1/2 glass of orange juice

Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri
8 Fresh strawberries
1 cup of ice
3 tablespoons of Country Time lemonade mix
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 of Daily's strawberry mix
dollop of whip cream (optional)

Throw all of the ingredients (expect for the whip cream) into a blender and blend until everything is slushy. If you feel your drink needs more of any of the listed ingredients generously blend them into the drink until you like how it tastes. When you are satisfied, you can garnish it with a topping of whip cream if you desire.

There are many more non-alcoholic drinks out there to enjoy. I especially love to enjoy St. Julian's sparkling drinks (they also make alcoholic drinks so be mindful if you want to stay away from that). My favorite of theirs is their sparkling white grape juice. If you are looking for alcohol removed wines (meaning they once had alcohol and they took it out; there is probably only 0.5% left--not enough to get you drunk), a company called Fre has an assortment of options. I've only tried their White Zinfandel and it was pretty decent.

What are some of your favorite non-alcoholic beverages to drink when you are feeling fancy? Share with me in the comments section below. Cheers!
